Jay officially joined the Agency in 1994.  He began his career at New England Life Insurance Company in Boston.  He is the son of founder, Janice Barrows.

Joan is a licensed broker who came to Barrows Insurance Agency in 2006 with over 25 years of insurance experience. She oversees general operations and services Barrows’ commercial accounts.

In 2007 Colby became the third generation of the Barrows family to join the agency. He is a graduate of Nichols College and previously worked at Plymouth Rock.
